An organic SGS certified carbonated bubbly showing a pale straw with green hue with fairly coarse perlage.

Clean, low intensity, delicately ripe lemon, grassy, green apple skin note, hints of stony mineral, good purity.
Properly Brut with moderate plus acidity, fresh, linear, green lime note. salty tang, perfect low alcohol of 10% abv, drink now up to 2014+
