Drostdy-Hof Extra Light NV 72 Points
Pale straw with yellow green reflections.
Clean, moderate intensity, green lime, tropical, sweet peas, herbaceous.
Dry with moderate acidity, lean and quite raw, bland, low alcohol of 9% abv, insipid, short finish.
Add dash creme de cassis to make a Kir.
