Super ripe offerings, highly alcoholic with 14.5% abv,
noticeable, showy, dead fruit character, soapy, possibly due to very high pH’s,
extracted style, confected style though there is texture and spicy savouriness,
herbaceous freshness, earthy, good fruit purity follows through, some elegance,
it is big!
