Kicking off with an introduction to Fleur du Cap’s nature inspired wines crafted at this famous cellar in the mountain, the Wine Novice Tasting Club is aimed at demystifying wine terminology for people who just want to enjoy wine. With monthly tastings on the last Thursday of every month starting on 31 October 2013, the team at Die Bergkelder will guide you through a tasting experience where all the questions you may have been reluctant to ask about terms such as bouquet, palate and structure, will all be answered in a fun and interactive way.
