Naturally fermented Chenin. Pale straw with yellow reflections.
Clean, moderate plus intensity, mineral, ripe lemon, peaches with floral jasmin note, subtle oaking.
Dry with dash residual sugar,  juicy, fleshy mouth feels, glossy with very good purity of fruit, honeycomb, nutty, fat texture yet fine acid thread to keep it going.
