2002 Uitkyk Cabernet / Shiraz Simonsberg 75+ Points
Minty, eucalyptus oil, hints of oak and sun bake grape. Soft texture, light, lean and lacking structure, fruit fading, minty, earthy flavours follows through, very dry tannins. Now until 2010.
