Pure and fragrant, perfume talc, surprisingly very aromatic for
a Riesling, almost Moscato like, subtle fruitiness with a juicy and zesty core,
bright, high residual sugar well offset by racy acidity, residual co2 adds
texture to the airy style, excellent food wine, moreish, alcohol of only 7.5%
abv, perfect for long lunches, try it with an al dente linguini, Parmesan
shavings, porcini and extra virgin olive oil, bang!
