Complex, peach vanillin, sweet oak, ripe melon. Soft structure, creamy, toasty caramel aftertaste, peach pip bitterness, almost like a light viognier in texture, now until 2011
If the acidity was up to the fruit concentration, this would have been an amazing Chenin.
