Clear, day bright, cherry red with slight brown rim, medium concentration and medium plus viscosity, no gas or sediment.

Clean, medium plus intensity, oaky, dusty cedary oak, cassis, ripe red fruits, earthy core, perhaps a combination of French and American oak.

Dry with some residual sugar, medium plus acidity, high alcohol, medium plus tannin, new spicy flavors of black pepper, cinnamon and cloves, fresh, more Syrah than Shiraz, good elegance and well made, for now until 2017
