South African Sommeliers Association (SASA) first official public showcase will be a Chenin Blanc Masterclass on Friday 9th September 2011 at Winex Cape Town, presented by Sommelier Extraordinaire Mia Martensson, one of the founding members of SASA.

The tutored tasting will present 6 wines:

1 – Ernie Els Big Easy White Chenin Blanc
2 – Delaire Chenin Blanc
3 – Ken Forrester Petit Chenin Blanc
4 – Ken Forrester The FMC
5 – Radford Dale Chenin Blanc
6 – Zewenwacht Chenin Blanc
