M.Chapoutier Crozes Hermitage Les Meysonniers 2009 91+ Points

Ruby red with purple rim, clean with moderate plus intensity, revealing notes of brightly ripe red fruits, sour cherries, peppery with animal, cured meat note, spicy oak.

Dry, juicy, purity of fruit follows through, moderate tannins, plush texture, fresh with moderate acidity, savory, earthy and stony minerals, quite warming yet it is only moderate in alcohol with 13% abv, need probably +/- 2 years to come together, best from 2015+ until 2028+
