Following in same mould as maiden 2011 with 2012 comprising of a blend of 40% Chenin Blanc, 35% Sauvignon Blanc and 25% Chardonnay, all organically grown and certified by CERES, showing a pale straw with yellow green reflections.

Clean, moderate intensity, appley, lemony and green orange note, delicately ripe with hints of white pepper spices.

Dry, juicy, moderate acidity, fresh, crisp tart note, moderate alcohol of 13% abv, charming, now until 2014+.
