Zonnebloem Stellenbosch Cabernet Sauvignon Magnum 2000 92+ Points
Medium clear, garnet with brown rim, showing development.
Clean, moderate plus intensity, cassis in spirits, blackcurrant, some leafy, herbaceous note, but not green, cedar wood, leather complexity.
Dry with moderate acidity, fresh, savory, moderate plus tannins, good grip still, blackcurrant and cassis follows through, warming and full bodied with high alcohol of 14% abv, very good development for a magnum, persistent lenght, peaking now, drink until 2015+
