There is more than simplicity as the name suggest about this characterful blend of Stellenbosch Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, showing a bright ruby red with slight garnet rim.

Clean, moderate plus intensity, ripe plums, cassis and dark cherries, earthy note with delicate oaking lending spicy mocha, lead pencil / graphite note, hints of tobacco, layered complexity.

Dry with dash residual sugar, juicy, ripe fruit follows through with moderate plus acidity, fresh and lively, spicy core of Shiraz evident, full bodied with high alcohol of 14% abv, well made and charming overdelivers on price point, stash by the cases, will equally be fine with a BBQ mixed grill or with grilled rump with green peppercorn sauce, now until 2018.
