Level Four restaurant presents, in conjunction with The Winery of Good Hope and Frogitt & Vonkel, The Radford Dale Wine Dinner with the guest presence of Edouard Labeye, winemaker from the Rhone Valley in France and joint wine maker and co-partner in the winery, for this one and only dinner at 54 on Bath (formerly The Grace Hotel) Johannesburg on Wednesday the 21st of November 2012.
Founded in 1998 and located in the wine district of Stellenbosch, specializing in the mountainous viticultural areas of Helderberg, Elgin and Perdeberg (Swartland), the winery’s distinctive wines uses traditional, natural viticultural & winemaking methods, to create some of the finest and rarest gems of the Cape of Good Hope, and are fully accredited for environmental, ethical and social-upliftment practices. In their short history, the wines have received critical international acclaim from some of the world’s leading wine publications such as Decanter, Wine Spectator and Wine Enthusiast magazines.
Join Executive Chef Gerard Vingerling and his culinary team along with Tsogo Sun Group Sommelier Miguel Chan and the Level Four restaurant service team for what promise to be an exceptional 5 course dinner.
The following Radford Dale wines will be poured: Black Rock red blend, Chardonnay, Gravity red blend, Shiraz and Vine Dried Viognier.
