Austere and unyielding initially, better after 14 hours, revealing bright and crunchy red fruits, layered maturity, the palate is more generous than in previous vintage with a dosage of 7.4 g/l, perhaps masking some of the phenolic richness? nevertheless a distinct and well made MCC, unusual blend of Pinotage and Chenin Blanc.

Notes: strawberries | raspberry | flint | citrus zest | bready
Ideal drinking occasions: anytime with or without food
