honeyed note, toasty oak, high alcohol noticeable though.
Dry with dash residual sugar, moderate plus acidity, fresh
and elegant, very good purity, creamy with nutty mid palate, saline mineral,
high alcohol of 14% abv follows though, toasty oak, benefit from
aerating/decanting.
