Holden Manz hosts guest chefs for new wine pairing experience

Following hot on the heels of the popular winemaker dinners, Holden Manz has added a new twist by pairing guest chefs and winemakers for a gourmet experience of note at this Franschhoek boutique wine estate on Thursday, 28 February.

The Franschhoek Kitchen restaurant will set the stage for a culinary clash of the titans, with Executive Chef Maryna Frederiksen of Holden Manz joined by Chef Bjorn Dingemans from The Millhouse Kitchen at Lourensford and Chef Chris Erasmus from Pierneef á La Motte for a menu brimming with fine dining pleasure, with each dish paired with exquisite wines from the respective estates.
