Best’s, Great Western, Victoria “Bin 0” Shiraz 2010 95 Points



Bright, ruby red with purple rim.
Clean, ripe cassis, blackcurrant, dark red fruits, pure Ribena, peppery, subtle oaking, screaming of precision, judicious oaking.

Dry, broad texture, concentrated, moderate plus acidity, excellent purity of fruit, fresh, with moderate tannins, moderate plus alcohol of 13.5% abv, rich camphor and cinnamon spice, essence of Syrah, persistent length. Will age slowly. Now until 2035+
Produced from 4 distinct blocks, amongst the oldest Shiraz vines in the world, planted in 1867, 1966 and 1970.
