This Viognier is at peace in it’s own time
capsule, embryonic, unevolved, tasted over 2.5 days, only the color have change
to the better with a pronounce green reflections, seamless purity, layered
complexity with captivating white Rhone feels, textured, persistent length,
shows that South African Viognier at the top end can rival the world’s best
example, it pains me to try to understand why Eagles Nest as a brand is a
terribly hard sell on a wine lists, here I am talking of 8 years observations,
if it is not hand sell, it does not move, compare to other established
Constantia wineries? Not enough marketing from their side? Probably! As well as
other combinations…….Seek them out, these guys are producing cracking Merlot
