Cozy up with OBiKWA Merlot and pork & apple pies

Here’s a recipe that’s as easy as pie. Simply line a muffin pan with puff pastry and fill with fried pork sausage, bacon bits, an onion and apple mixture. Cover with a layer of puff pastry and finish off by brushing the pies with an egg wash. Bake for 20-30 minutes until golden in colour.
