BERRY-LICIOUS NEW SPARKLING WINE FROM DU TOITSKLOOF
WINES
Spend the lazy summer afternoons with the newly
released Du Toitskloof Vin Doux sparkling wine bursting with delicious
strawberry and raspberry flavours. The red blend, driven by Pinotage grapes, is
a naturally sweet wine, perfect to wet your appetite before dinner, or paired
with flavourful curries, berry desserts and sunsets.
Du Toitskloof Wines is known for producing exceptional
wines distinguished by their consistent quality and freshness. And at R46, the
new Du Toitskloof Vin Doux certainly justifies a permanent space in your
fridge.
The cellar, backed by the majestic Du Toitskloof
Mountains, is situated near Rawsonville where the stony soils are ideally
suited to grape growing. In summer the vineyards are shaded from early on by
the high peaks of the mountains, ensuring slow ripening and intensity of
flavour.
The grapes for the Vin Doux were sourced from both
trellised and bush vines situated within a 5 km radius of the cellar, and fermented
on the skins to maximise colour and flavour.
The Du Toitskloof Vin Doux is available from the
cellar as well as from selected supermarkets and liquor outlets.
