Mount Abora Saffraan Cinsaut 2013 93 Points

Mount Abora Saffraan Cinsaut 2013 93 Points

From the first time I tasted Mount Abora maiden vintage Cinsaut last year with Krige Visser, at The Palazzo Hotel, 2013 follows suit
Bottle purchased (23.02.14) at Wine Concept in Blu Bird shopping mall, Melrose.
This naturally fermented Cinsaut, follows the Swartland Independent charter, more restraint than 2012, firmer tannic core with bright and chiselled acidity, crunchy overall well supported by perfectly ripe and bouncy red fruits, lots of energy, supportive oaking protecting integrity of fruit, could this be South Africa’s finest Cinsaut of 2013? I think so!
