This Non Vintage is predominantly composed of Chardonnay
(35% to 40%) including many grands crus from the Cote des Blancs and balanced
by the presence of Pinot Noir (30% to 35%) from Montagne de Reims and Pinot Meunier (25% to 30%)
Pure and vibrant, lifted citrusy core, primary fruit driven
with hints of leesy notes, delicate freshness, salty tang, unusual tannic bite.
Suggested as an aperitif.
