Unoaked offering on the riper side and quite rich in texture, feels more powerful than it’s 13% abv, round and fresh, juicy, perfect with seafood, bottle ordered, lunchtime today, at Brass Bell in Kalk Bay

Origin: Western Cape blends

Notes: lemon | stone fruit | orange | floral | honey

Ideal drinking occasions: anytime

Serve with: crispy calamari and chips (which by the way was excellent!)
