www.barkan-winery.com

Medium clear, bright, garnet with slight brown rim, quite deep color for a Pinot, atypical!

Clean, showing aromatic evolution, medium intensity, delicately ripe strawberries, blackberries, dark cherries, slight minty character, earthy, raisin, delicately oak, possibly large older oak barrels.

Dry with slight residual sugar, medium acidity, medium alcohol (13%), brush of tannin, concentrated black cherries, black berries, elegant, showing some secondary character of leather and dry meat, hints of graphite and rocky basalt, medium plus lenght and complexity.

Pinot grown in the high dessert of Mitzpeh Ramon.

Remisnescent of a Languedoc Pays D'Oc Pinot Noir
