Medium clear, bright, cherry red with slight purple rim.

Clean, medium plus intensity, just ripe cherries, herbaceaous typical of the variety, slight stalkiness, green almonds, earthy / dusty note, brus of oak, possibly staves.

Dry with hints of residual sugar, medium plus acidity, medium tannin, moderate alcohol (12.5%), juicy flavours of crisp cranberries, earthy with good palate restraint, crunchy and light bodied, possibly high yields vineyards, slight bitterness on aftertaste.

Typical Ruby Cabernet, representative of the climate of where it is grown along the bank of Orange River bordering the Kalahari Dessert.
