Clear, bright, salmon trout hue with bronze / coppery rim, light mousse, but fairly coarse perlage.

Clean, medium plus intensity, ripe Pinot Noir fruit evident, showing advanced maturity, by means of leesy richness (18-20 months on lees, prior to degorgement), well supported by complex ripe strawberry note, cherry jam, earthy baked beetroot, citrus preserves, brush of mineral, slight nutty character, delicate oaking (3% barrel mature), complex and layered.

Dry, ( 7.2 g dosage) properly Brut, broad, full texture, medium bodied, medium acidity, (pH of 3.18), moderate alcohol (12.2 %), crunchy, matured red fruit follows through, sour cherries freshness, medium lenght and complexity.

Blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, sourced within Paarl district, though label states Western Cape Wine of Origin
