Clear, day bright , pale straw with yellow reflections.

Clean, initially very austere and unyielding, needed 24 to 48 hours to reveals a very expressive Sauvignon character with medium plus intensity of tropical fruit, grassy notes, yellow citrus, papaya, greengage, fleshy gold kiwi, ripe white peaches and spicy pepper, green peas, mineral, pebbly white stones, leesy complexity.

Dry, racy high acidity, medium plus bodied, medium plus alcohol, crunchy, pure, delicate, salty minerals adds complexity to the full texture riper spectrum of Sauvignon, grown in a warm climate such as Stellenbosch, yet manage to retain textbook character with vibrant and fresh, long persistent lenght, best revisited around July 2013, will hold until 2018
