Clear, bright, straw with gold reflections, fine mousse with fairly coarse perlage.
Clean, medium plus intensity, appley (medley of Golden Delicious and Granny Smith) baked / grilled lime zest, grapefruit segment, barley, yeasty complexity (24 months on lees), brush of oak (3% matured in oak), subtle vanilla, freshly baked pastries, light toast, hints of butter, nutty hazelnut / walnut, well defined and complex aromatics.
Properly Brut, rich style with a dosage of 9.6 g/l, broad and full texture, creamy, medium plus acidity, persistent, fresh, moderate alcohol (12.14%), lemony fruits and appley character follows through, slight phenolic richness on back palate, medium plus lenght and complexity.
