Bubbly and Easter eggs pair up at House of J.C. Le Roux

Get your taste of Le Good Life with delicious Easter egg pairings at The House of J.C. Le Roux and spoil yourself with sweet treats paired perfectly with fine J.C. Le Roux Méthode Cap Classique and sparkling wines.

Paired with a dark chocolate ganache egg, the hints of soft berry fruit of the J.C. Le Roux Pinot Noir Cap Classique meld sublimely with this decadent Easter treat.

The palate pleasing La Vallée’s golden hue, creamy buttery tones and notes of pears and litchis are a beautiful counterfoil to the milk chocolate and the sweet honey and caramel flavours of a butterscotch filled egg.

An irresistible pairing of Le Domaine and white chocolate with a caramel filled egg will be the highlight of your sweet, heavenly journey. The tropical character of Sauvignon Blanc and floral influence of the Muscat cuts the sweetness of the chocolate, definitely leaving you wanting for more.

These indulgent Easter pairings are available while stocks last and cost R40 per person.

Bubbly fans can also enjoy Le Domaine Non-Alcoholic paired with a luxurious hazelnut and marshmallow egg, available at R25, or sip on award-winning J.C. Le Roux Cap Classique wines, paired with a honeycomb truffle crunch bunny, available at R30 per glass.

Booking for these special Easter tastings is essential, phone 021-865 8200.

The House of J.C. Le Roux, situated in the Devon Valley in the heart of the Stellenbosch Winelands, will be closed on Good Friday, 29 March, but will be open on Saturday, 30 and Sunday, 31 March.
