Santa Cristina Toscana IGT 2011 82 Points



A blend 60 % Sangiovese and 40% between Cabernet, Merlot and Syrah showing a ruby red with purple rim.
Clean, low intensity, initially highly reductive suppressing dark ripe plums and mulberries note, hints of dark cherries, but did opened up after 24 hours aeration! brush of earthy elements, neutral oak influence.

Dry with moderate plus acidity, fresh with savory note, hints of black olives, delicately juicy dark red fruits follows through, moderate tannins, good grip, moderate plus alcohol of 13.5% abv, medium bodied.

Will be the perfect glass / bottle with your weekly spaghetti Bolognaise.
