Klein Constantia Estate

Clear, day bright, pale straw with slight green reflections.

Clean, tad soapy and reductive, medium intensity with delicate but not fully expressive gooseberries, lime, custard apples, it is almost in a sedate/shut down phase with some minerals, pure but undefined!

Dry, fresh and peppery, medium plus acidity, creamy full texture, dense and fairly concentrated, more fruit on texture, possibly due to screwcap closure, saline.

Not as stellar as other fine Sauvignon from the 2009 vintage! Now until 2018
