Clear, bright straw with yellow green reflections, medium concentration and medium plus viscosity, no evidence of gas or sediment.

Clean, medium plus intensity of sun ripened peach, orrange, tangerines as well as some pineapples, riper spectrum of Chardonnay fruit!

Mineral evident, sweet fruited, leesy complexity, oak vanilla still integrating, ripe structure.

Dry, medium plus acidity, spiny structure, medium alcohol, with new flavours of very ripe Golden Delicious apples, light toast, fresh and elegant, now until 2019+

Served preferably decanted at 12 degrees celsius with a Pan seared diver scallops, chorizo dust, cos lettuce and Piperade sauce
