Clear, day bright, pale straw with yellow reflections, low concentration, medium viscosity, some evidence of CO2 gas, no sediment.

Clean, medium plus intensity with notes of poached pears, green pineapples, citrus medley and floral note of camomille, limestone minerality and hits of sea weed.

Delicate oaking (20%) with hints of vanilla and spicy oak / musk spice.
Dry to off dry, low plus acidity, medium alcohol, new flavours of Asian Pears, citrus zest, pithy, orange segment, medium lenght and medium concentration, now until 2016

Great for home drinking with light lunch fares, especially grilled hake and lemon butter
