Clear, day bright, pale straw with green reflections, medium concentration and medium viscosity, evidence of CO2 gas, no sediment

Clean, medium plus intensity with notes of goosberries, green peas, green lime and grassy note as well as crushed blackcurrant leaf, kaolin mineral and pebbles.

Delicate florality, such as white arum / frangipani and Russian tarragon herb.

Dry, high positive acidity a rare facet of South African Sauvignon, medium alcohol, new flavours of freshly squeeze white grape fruit and yellow citrus, spicy white pepper and unusual salty minerals.
