Not only is a sweet wine a great introduction to the wine world as it is well documented that many nation across the world started their wine initiation with something that have a rather high residual sugar, to buffer the wrongly perceived ideas that dry red or white wine are tart and hence their choice of other alcoholic beverages besides wines.
With only 12.5 ABV, this is a fresh technically sound Shiraz packed with ripe fruit, such as blueberries, raspberries and spicy cloves, best served slightly chilled, will be perfect with any spicy stews, sticky honeyed BBQ ribs, chocolate sauce or base dessert or simply on it's own for an uncomplicated glass of juicy and fruity shiraz.
