Clear, day bright, pale straw with slight green reflections, medium concentration, medium viscosity, no evidence of gas or sediment.

Clean, medium intensity with notes of ripe pears, lime, white grape fruit segment, no minerality, delicately wooded.

Dry, low plus acidity, medium alcohol with just ripe pears note follows through, green lime, some phenolic astringency on aftertaste, otherwise a good glass of Chardonnay for now until 2015

Will make a very good aperiitf or served with light seafood canapes.
