Clean, high intensity notes of ripe gooseberries, fragrant kaffir lime, kiwi and passion fruit with clay / quartz minerality, pithy, grapefruit note, no wood.
Dry with high acidity, medium alcohol, new flavours of lime zest, spicy white pepper, with a textured mid palate structure, complex linear profile, zesty, racy and athletic style, medium plus lenght and medium plus complexity, lots of minerality, now until 2019.
If served under South African climatic condition served at 8 degrees celsius, with a skate wing in light lemon butter sauce and crunchy green and red peppers dices, rocket leaves.
