Clear, day bright, pale straw, low plus concentration, medium viscosity, no evidence of gas or sediment.

Clean, low plus to medium intensity with grassy herbaceous note, green peppercorn and green pea note, hints of white pebbles minerality, no wood.
Dry, low plus acidity!, medium plus alcohol with new flavouyrs of salty lime and green gage, medium complexity and medium lenght, now until 2014
