Clear, day bright, pale with slight green tinge / yellow reflection, medium concentration, medium viscosity, no evidence of gas.
Clean, medium plus intensity, gooseberries, kiwi, tropical limes, grassy and peppery with hints of crushed blackcurrants leaf, clay/quartz mineral evident, briny, no oak, however alcohol slightly overpowering and out of sync (13.5 ABV)
Dry, medium acidity, medium plus alcohol, new flavours of greengage, green peas/snappeas, pithy grapefruit skin, medium complexity, fair lenght, however alcohol not fully integrated, now until 2016.
