Clear, pale straw with green refelction, medium concentrationand medium viscosity, no evidence of gas or sediment.

Clean, high intensity note of lime, green pineapple, and red apples, white clay / quartz minerality, no wood with hints of terpene character, complex and layered.

Dry to off dry, sugar very well concealed by bright acidity, medium plus acidity, medium plus alcohol, new flavours of crunchy gooseberry and green apples, medium plus lenght and medium plus concentration, now until 2019+
(knowing the track record of Thelema Stellenbosch Riesling, the Elgin one with higher acidity, should in most probability, if cellared under the right condition, last longer)

Served at 10 degrees celsius with a shredded roasted duck salad, cashew nuts, crunchy greens and roots vegetables, coriander and soy and sesame dressing.
