Clear, bright, garnet hue, medium plus concentration, medium viscosity, no evidence of gas or sediment.

Clean, showing maturity with tertiary notes of preserved red berries in spirits, cassis and blackcurrant earthy well supported by the cedar wood and tobacco note, small french oak evident, dark mushroom and some farmyardy note.
Dry, medium alcohol, medium plus tannin, medium acidity, earthy notes, medium plus complexity and lenght, ripe texture with new flavours of blackcurrant jam, now until 2015

A Cabernet Sauvignon (75%) and Merlot (25%) blend, with a high percentage of Helderberg Stellenbosch fruit.
