Clear, salmon hue, perfect colour for a Rose!, medium concentration, medium viscosity, no evidence of gas or sediment.

Clean, medium plus intensity with cherry bon bon and bubble gum note, ripe cherries abounds, plums with other delicate red fruits, complex aromatic for a rose.

Dry, low plus acidity, low alcohol with new flavours of cranberry, light and elegant, medium complexity and lenght, perfect at lunchtime, slight "sugary" aftertaste, now until 2014

Served at 8 degrees celsius will be perfect with any Mediterranean inspired salad or light dishes, or a grilled trout.
