Clean, high intensity, very good Sauvignon typicity, expressive, ripe gooseberries, kiwi, lime, ripe melon.

Dry, zesty, lime zest, full flavoured fig, pure and mineral, peppery spice, fleshy and persistent, textured, savoury, persistent and fresh, medium plus alcohol (13.5%)

Drinking very well now, perfect Sauvignon for this time of the year, stock up for the festive season!
