Clear, day bright, pale straw with slight yellow reflections on rim, medium plus concentration and high viscosity

Clean, medium plus intensity, ripe lime and citrus, roasted peach and pineapple jam, orange zest, flint mineral with spicy oak, lending subtle toast, honey, layered.

Dry with medium plus acidity, pithy, lemony zest, juicy spicy profile, textured mid palate, light delicate toast, grilled almonds, leesy complexity, fresh and vibrant, high alcohol though (14%) but integrated, medium plus lenght and medium plus complexity.

Still integrating will be better from spring 2013
