Chianti Montalbano is one of seven sub-zones of the Chianti DOCG in Tuscany, central Italy.

Chianti Montalbano DOCG was incorporated into this classified zone, alongside its siblings Chianti Colli Aretini, Chianti Colli Fiorentini, Chianti Colli Senesi, Chianti Colline Pisane, Chianti Montespertoli and Chianti Rufina. The vineyards of Montalbano are situated on hills in the province of Prato to the west of Florence and the south of Pistoia. These are the same hills that yield the DOCG wine Carmignano.
