Clear, bright, ruby red with cerise rim, medium concentration, medium viscosity.

Clean, medium plus intensity, delicately ripe plums, cherries, dried strawberries, good purity of fruit, rosemary and thyme herbs, flint, fired earth, spicy, peppery more Syrah than Shiraz, delicate oaking, 16 months in small French oak barriques, followed by 4 months in 5000 litres Foudres, prior to bottling.

Dry with medium plus acidity, fresh, crunchy with ripe medium tannins, lending good grip, medium bodied and medium alcohol (13.5%), spicy and peppery structure, delicate extraction, subtle red fruits follows through, savory, medium plus complexity, medium lenght.

Perfect food wine, perfect alcohol and very good natural acid, fresh and lively, will lend itself to a broad variety of red meat dishes, or spicy chicken stews. Served at 14 degrees Celsius.
