Sporting the exact percentage of grapes provenance on the back label, instead of Wine of Origin Coastal Region, one of the very few to do so, this 2012 blend of 73% Stellenbosch and 27% Darling Sauvignon Blanc shows ripe gooseberries, blackcurrant, lime, sweaty, green peas, pure and tight, with hints of granite flintiness, fresh and gorgeous, very good value too.
