Laurent Perrier Brut L.P Balthazar NV 92+ Points

Pour last night for a party of 18, at Palazzo hotel, perfect size for the first half of the evening, a bottle that was in the cellar for 15 years, the color was still bright with straw reflections, the bubbles were persistent and still in vibrant shapes, this could be mistaken for a matured Meursault from a top grower, without the fizz, the acidity was now integrated but so fantastic, linear, textured, persistent lenght, was fun pouring such large format bottle, I vote with my 20 fingers up!, for more bottles of that size used for parties.
